Adrenal cocktails!

I am obsessed with these. You can make them to cater to your body however you'd like!

I am currently using this mix;

  • water

  • coconut water (potassium)

  • aloe vera juice (antioxidants)

  • pomegranate juice (vitamin B, magnesium)

  • celtic salt (minerals)

  • juice of 1 whole lemon (vitamin C)

Yummm! I feel so much energy from this! I just put in whatever amount I feel is right. It changes every time, honestly.

These are so fun. You can use any glass container, get some cute glass straws! Make it fun. Potions!
